Your satisfaction is very important to us and we believe in the quality of our IPTV services. In case you’re not fully satisfied, refund requests are subject to the terms outlined below: Please note that purchases for trial packages are non-refundable.

Customers are eligible to apply for a refund within 24 hours after the purchase. Refunds are not applicable after the passing of this 24-hour window.

3. Refund Method

Upon approval, we will process your refund and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. The timeline for the credit to appear will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Exclusions:

We cannot offer refunds due to network issues or disruptions beyond our control, change of personal preferences, or when an incorrect provision of personal details during the registration process takes place.
